Kathy Krispin

Ms. Krispin began her association with FRI in 2007 as an Institutional Review Board (IRB) Administrator. After five years in this role, Ms. Krispin began to assist the Grants Department with the preparation of federal grant applications.  In 2014, she fully transferred to the position of Grants Manger and in 2022, she was promoted to Senior Grants Manager.  In these roles, Ms. Krispin has been assisting Principal Investigators (PIs) with the preparation of federal and non-federal grant applications, post-award compliance, agreement preparation, and budget forecasting and monitoring.

Ms. Krispin is currently the Director of Grants Management.  Her responsibilities include working with PIs in a combined pre- and post-award research administrator role and coordinating with the Executive Management Committee (EMC) in maintaining a successful Grants Management Department.
