Clem Mueller was a shareholder in the accounting firm of KatzAbosch, a large, regional accounting firm, for 25 years. In total, Clem practiced public accounting for over 40 years and began his accounting career with the international firm of KPMG.

Clem specialized in providing accounting, auditing and tax services to nonprofit organizations, and also served for many years as the Quality Control Director for the overall accounting and audit practice of KatzAbosch.

Clem spent many years as the treasurer of the Ed Block Courage Award Foundation, which provides financial support to courage houses across the country. These courage houses are facilities which provide care for abused, neglected and at-risk children.

Clem is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and served as a member of the Maryland State Board of Public Accountancy’s Peer Review Oversight Committee.
