Research Interests

Willow received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. With a minor in Gender Studies and a focus on marginalized populations, she is taking her educational background and expanding her skills and knowledge while working for FRI. She loves using her abilities to discuss complicated ideas in ways that push all of our thinking, which helps us imagine new realities for ourselves and for others.

At FRI, Willow is currently working as a Research Assistant with Drs. Schwartz, Gryczynski, and Monico on the open-label, non-inferiority, head-to-head study Long-acting Buprenorphine vs. Naltrexone Opioid Treatments in CJS-Involved Adults. The study is comparing the effectiveness of long-acting buprenorphine vs. naltrexone opioid treatments used to treat opioid use disorder, among adults with involvement in the criminal justice system in Delaware.
